International Student Fair

Greetings everyone! Here's a quick little fun post! This week I had the opportunity to participate in the International Students Fair at my University! 

Naturally I repped the good ol'USA. In good American student fashion we had a late start to working on this project. Managed to put together a lovely map of the US (mainly to point out where Indiana is, since no one ever knows) and a poster about the hidden treasurers of the US. Sadly the hidden treasures post was lost to us on the public transportation of Barranquilla. 

But let's be real, all the students come for the food. Despite limitations of fire building (there was no fire), we did S'mores! For most it was the first time they had encountered s'mores in real life - most people recognized them from the movies. We walked students through the steps of making a S'more. Wish I had photos of all the expressions I received at the step of "Great, now put an another cracker and make a sandwich!" But for all the incredulous looks, we had gone through 4 bags of marshmallows by noon.
